做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
